Cancellation Policy

Since AppBanana provides real human testers for Google Play closed testing tracks immediately upon payment, order cancellations are subject to strict timing windows.

1. Cancellation Eligibility Window

Because we manually process orders via WhatsApp and start our tester onboarding within 1 hour of order confirmation, you can cancel your order only if:

  • You request a cancellation via WhatsApp support before we have onboarded any testers to your Play Console testing track.
  • Your cancellation request is sent within 1 hour of order confirmation and payment.

2. Post-Onboarding Cancellations

Once our testing team accepts your invite links and begins testing activity, the service is considered in-progress and cannot be cancelled or refunded mid-cycle due to a change of mind.

If your app is rejected by Google Play after we have successfully completed the full 12-tester / 14-day requirement, you may instead submit a claim under our Refund Policy.

3. Order Modifications

If you need to update your app version, fix a bug, or change your Play Console configurations during the active testing cycle, please message our support chat immediately. We will coordinate with our testing team to ensure they download the updated version and continue the testing track without interruption.

4. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel an eligible order, contact our WhatsApp support line immediately with your payment confirmation and Google Play application details. Eligible cancellations are processed back to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days.
