1. Our Guarantee

AppBanana is built on trust and results. We promise that if you follow our testing protocol, your application will meet the metrics required for Google Play production access.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are entitled to a 100% full refund in the following scenarios:

  • Onboarding Failure: We are unable to start your testing track within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • Metric Failure: Your application fails to reach the 14-day continuous testing requirement due to issues on our end.
  • Specific Rejection: Google Play rejects your production access request specifically citing "Insufficient Testing Activity" while using our service.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your application is rejected for reasons unrelated to testing (e.g., Copyright violation, Malware, Fraudulent activity, broken functionality).
  • You manually stop the testing track or remove our testers before the 14-day cycle is complete.
  • The order has been fully fulfilled and the application has been successfully approved for production.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@appbanana.com with your order ID and a screenshot of the Google Play Console rejection or dashboard issue.

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 5-10 business days.

6. Re-testing Option

In the rare event of a setback that is covered by our guarantee, you may choose between a full refund or a 100% free re-test for that application or a new one.
