Refund requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 5-10 business days.
In the rare event of a setback that is covered by our guarantee, you may choose between a full refund or a 100% free re-test for that application or a new one.
