Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

AppBanana offers a 100% money-back guarantee. If your app is rejected by Google Play after we have successfully fulfilled our closed testing service, you get a full refund — provided the claim process below is followed.

We recruit real human testers who join your Google Play closed testing track. The service is considered delivered once testers are active on your track for the required duration. Because we do manual setup and onboarding via WhatsApp and process payments securely via Razorpay, we ensure every case gets personalized support.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You are fully eligible for a 100% refund of your purchase under the following circumstances:

  • Google Rejection: Google Play rejected your application for production access after we successfully fulfilled the complete 12 tester / 14-day active testing requirement from our end.
  • Onboarding Delay: AppBanana failed to onboard any testers to your app within 24 hours of receiving a valid invite link.
  • Fewer Testers: AppBanana onboarded fewer testers than agreed upon and could not remedy the deficit within the service window.
  • Compliance Met: You followed the step-by-step claim process correctly, including applying for production access only after the full 14 days and using our templates.

When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund

The refund guarantee is voided in the following situations, as they are outside our control or deviate from the required process:

  • Premature Application: You applied for Google Play production access before the 14-day testing period was fully completed.
  • Custom Answers Used: You did not use AppBanana's provided answer templates when responding to Google's questionnaire or appeal, opting to write your own answers instead.
  • Setup Issues: Your closed testing track was incorrectly configured in the Google Play Console and you did not follow our setup instructions.
  • Policy Violations: Your app was removed or suspended by Google Play for policy violations unrelated to the testing requirement (e.g. copyright issues, malware, deceptive behavior).
  • Change of Mind: You decided to cancel or change your mind after the testers were already onboarded and active on your track.
  • Developer Delays: Delays caused by you not sending the tester group invite link promptly after payment.
  • Policy Breaches: Your app violates AppBanana's Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Late Claims: The refund claim was raised more than 7 days after Google issued the rejection notice.
