Welcome to AppBanana (appbanana.io). By accessing our website, communicating with our support team, or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

These terms apply to all orders placed manually via WhatsApp and will be updated once our self-serve SaaS dashboard is launched.

1. Service Description

AppBanana provides a Google Play closed testing helper service. We recruit real human testers who join your app's closed testing track via the Google Play Console and complete the required testing activity.

Our service is designed to satisfy Google Play's requirement for new developer accounts (12 testers active for 14 consecutive days) to qualify for production access. While we guarantee that we will fulfill the required tester count and active testing duration, we do not guarantee Google Play production approval. The final decision to grant production access belongs solely to Google LLC.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by our work. If Google rejects your application for production access after AppBanana has successfully fulfilled the testing requirement (12 testers active on your track for 14 days), you are eligible for a 100% refund of your order.

To qualify for this guarantee, you must adhere strictly to the following conditions:

• You applied for production access only after the full 14-day testing period was completed (never before).
• You used the answer templates provided by AppBanana's support team when responding to Google Play's application questionnaire.
• You initiated the refund claim via our WhatsApp support channel within 7 days of receiving Google's rejection notice.

3. Developer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful testing cycle, you agree to:

• Correctly configure your closed testing track inside the Google Play Console according to our setup instructions.
• Promptly send us the active Google Group invite link and Web/Android opt-in links after making your payment.
• Use the answer templates provided by AppBanana's support team when responding to Google's questionnaire or appeals.
• Ensure your application does not violate Google Play Developer Program Policies.

4. No Guarantee of Google Approval

While AppBanana ensures that your testers remain active for 14 days and submit the telemetry Google requires, the final decision to approve your app is at Google's sole discretion. Google's review algorithm, policies, and terms are subject to change without notice and are entirely outside of AppBanana's control.

5. Order & Onboarding Process

• All orders are currently initiated and confirmed manually via WhatsApp.
• An order is considered "Confirmed" once payment is received and you provide a valid tester invite link.
• We begin onboarding testers within 1 hour of order confirmation.

6. Prohibited Use & Content

We do not test apps that violate Google Play Developer Policies. The following categories are strictly prohibited:

• Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Apps facilitating illegal activities, fraud, or spam.
• Apps designed specifically to deceive or manipulate Google's review system rather than offer actual functionality.

AppBanana reserves the right to refuse service or cancel ongoing testing for prohibited apps immediately, with no refund.

7. Intellectual Property

AppBanana's brand name, website layout, graphics, content, answer templates, and proprietary onboarding methodology are the intellectual property of AppBanana. You may not resell, white-label, or copy our services without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppBanana's total liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of these terms or the service is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute. AppBanana is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenues, app removals, or developer account terminations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately and without notice if you violate these terms, attempt payment fraud, or provide false or misleading information.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to our services must be filed exclusively in the competent courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
