By accessing and using AppBanana ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
AppBanana provides an automated platform to facilitate Google Play's closed testing requirements. Our service involves recruiting real human testers to use your application for the mandatory 14-day duration to meet Google's production access criteria.
You are responsible for providing an application that complies with Google Play Store's developer policies. AppBanana does not guarantee approval if your application itself violates Google's core terms of service (e.g., illegal content, malware, etc.).
We guarantee that the testers provided are real human users with verified Google accounts. We do not use bots, click farms, or automated scripts for testing telemetry.
We guarantee that your application will pass the "Closed Testing" phase of Google Play Console if you follow our prescribed workflow. If your application is rejected specifically due to testing metrics, we will provide a full refund or re-testing at no additional cost.
AppBanana is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google LLC. We are not liable for any account suspensions or application rejections resulting from violations of Google's Developer Program Policies.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will fulfill all active cycles in progress at the time of any major changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
